how to register?
FULL and party pass ticket sale now is open!
To register for Why Not Aarhus Lindy Exchange, you will have to follow these steps:
Go to Nemtilmeld or click on the purchase button below.
Select your pass.
You will find merchandise in the "additional services" menu. You may add ‘products’ to your ticket such as Aarhus Lindy Hoppers Merchandise including T-shirts, tote bags and fans and food options. More information coming - keep an eye on Facebook announcements and your email inbox if you already purchased ticket.
Proceed with the payment by following the instructions. It is not possible to reserve a ticket/product even if the system allows you to.
After completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email - this is your ticket. Please have your confirmation email (phone or print) and your full name ready for check-in.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam filter and please add whynotlindyhop@gmail.com and aarhuslindyhoppers@gmail.com to your email contacts. This will help ensure that you receive all future emails about the event from us. You will receive our full information guide via email when we get closer to the event.
Ticket information
The Full Pass gives you access to the whole Why Not Lindy exchange from Friday to Sunday including all the taster classes, all daytime activities, the Friday party, the Saturday party and the cool down Sunday.
Early Bird Full Pass (850 DKK). Early Bird ticket sale starts from April 1st, 6PM.
Full Pass (Lead or Follow) (950 DKK). Ticket sale starts from April 1st, 6PM.
Saturday Pass (Lead or Follow) (750 DKK). Ticket sale starts from June 1st, 6PM.
Party Pass Friday & Saturday (Lead or Follow) (650 DKK). Ticket sale starts from April 1st, 6PM
Party Pass Friday (Lead or Follow) (350 DKK). Ticket sale starts from April 1st, 6PM
Party Pass Saturday (Lead or Follow) (350 DKK). Ticket sale starts from April 1st, 6PM
We advice to get Full Pass to get full experience of Why Not Aarhus Lindy Exchange.
All passes are personal and should not be shared between dancers.
The normal-priced full passes will be available simultaneously, so feel free to choose the pass/price that fits you best (of course, only until the early birds are sold out).
DISCOUNTS
This year we are pleased to offer two types of discounts:
Student Discount: Get 10% off a full pass if you're a student at the time of purchase. Bring a valid student ID or proof of enrollment when registering at the venue.
Group Discount: Get 10% off on full passes for groups of 10 or more from other communities with an evenly matched number of leaders and followers. To apply, please email whynotlindyhop@gmail.com with a list of names and which community you are from.
Discounts cannot be combined.
ADD ONS INFORMATION
At the registration when purchasing your pass, you can add these services: sandwich on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday and Aarhus Lindy Hoppers merchandise.

If you don’t have time for a dinner, on Saturday evening, you can pick up a sandwich at Tivoli Hermans just before the party. Choose one of the options: chicken/bacon, salmon or vegetarian.

You cannot buy breakfast at the door!
It is a tradition to begin our Sunday party with a cozy breakfast buffet during our social dance.
The breakfast is served as a buffet with buns right out of the oven, several toppings (e.g. butter, hummus, cheese and jam), eggs, yogurt, granola, vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee, milk and juice. (There will also be vegan butter, yogurt and milk).
The breakfast is served between 10.00 -11.45, whereafter coffee, tea etc. is paid on equal terms with participants, who did not sign up for breakfast.

Refund Policy
In General
Aarhus Lindy Hoppers has a no refund policy. We do not offer any refunds for purchased passes or additional products, and the pass cannot be transferred to future events.
It is, however, allowed to transfer your pass to someone else. Please see below.
How do I transfer my ticket
If you cannot join our event after all, you are free to transfer your ticket to someone else. If you do so, please
contact us on whynotlindyhop@gmail.com with the full name of both the original and new pass holder, and
forward your confirmation email to the new owner. They will need it for check-in. The buyer need to have the same role as you (lead/follow).
Aarhus Lindy Hoppers does not take responsibility nor part in any transaction related to the ticket transfer but is solely responsible for changing the name of the pass holder in our internal system used during check-in.
It is also possible to resell your ticket to someone on the waiting list - please contact us at whynotlindyhop@gmail.com.
The last chance to resell the ticket is the 19/09.
BE AWARE OF SCAM
Take extra precaution if you want to buy your ticket from someone else! In recent years, Lindy Hop events globally have experienced a growing number of scam cases. If you do not personally know the person from whom you are buying the ticket, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail to whynotlindyhop@gmail.com. We will gladly check it for you if a ticket exists in the sellers’ name and/or if it has already been transferred to someone else.
Please be aware that the only official place of purchase is via Nemtilmeld. Why Not Aarhus Lindy Exchange does not use Paypal or any other payment system except the gateway platform provided by Nemtilmeld.
